Refund policy

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services but Customer have to bear the cost.

  • Pick-up Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted will depend on courier service. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.

  • COD Orders: For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered e-mail address/contact number.

  • Condition of Returns: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund will not be provided.

  • Processing Time: Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

  • COD Payments: Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 3 MONTH THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
